With over 25 years of senior management experience in the electronics sector, Mark Popovich has held executive positions at Henkel AG & CO. KGaA, and Amkor Technology Inc., and was one of the founding members of semiconductor start-up, ChipPAC, Inc. He also serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Intevac Corporation (NASDAQ: IVAC). Mark earned a BS degree in Ceramic Science and Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University and holds four electronic packaging-related patents as an inventor or co-inventor.
Chief technology architect and lead engineer, Jeb directs the technical team at 3DGS and interfaces with strategic partners and customers to optimize device designs for manufacture. Before founding 3DGS and while at Sandia National Laboratories, Jeb was the principal developer of the innovative micropost technology, which won a 2007 R&D 100 award. He has been the inventor or co-inventor on more than 30 patent applications and has led the development work associated with 3DGS’s novel substrates and applications. In addition to BS and MS degrees in Chemical Engineering, Jeb also holds an MBA from the University of New Mexico’s Anderson School of Management.
As Chairman of the 3DGS Board of Directors, Stuart brings over 30 years of high-tech industry experience, including more than a decade in CEO roles. In addition to his leadership at 3DGS, Stuart serves on the boards of various technology companies and has held partnership positions with venture capital firms, including his most recent association with Norwest Equity Partners. With business oversight success and technical knowledge gained through work experience at notable organizations such as Raytek/Fluke/Danaher, Corning, Perkin-Elmer, and Rockwell International, Stuart has driven aggressive growth strategies to lead companies from $10 million to $200 million in sales.
Lee is a Partner at Sun Mountain Capital and has experience initiating and managing technology-related businesses for startups and large corporations, as well as a considerable track record of investing in companies and funds both in the US and abroad. Prior positions include business development at Intel’s consumer electronics group, the founding of semantic search company Knogee, product management at semiconductor startup Netboost and consulting at Earnst and Young. Lee has an MBA from the Harvard Business School and a dual BA in computer science and mathematics from Cornell University. Currently, Lee is a Board Member of Sun Mountain portfolio companies which include 3D Glass Solutions, Skorpios Technologies, TriLumina Corporation, iD90t, Underdog, Relevant Traffic, and WePow.
Mr. Suzuki is the Division Manager of Electro & Structural Division at Nagase & Company Limited and has worked at the Japanese conglomerate for over 27 years. The division he oversees is a globally-operated, formulated epoxy business and, over the past 15 years, Mr. Suzuki has collaborated with major semiconductor companies to ensure newly-developed semiconductor packaging becomes the de-facto standard in the market.
